Can I upload my existing world?
Yes. Upload the world folder through the file manager or SFTP and restart the server.
How much RAM do I need?
Roughly: 2 GB for a small vanilla SMP of up to 10 players, 4–6 GB for a plugin server of 20–40 players, 8 GB+ for modpacks or larger networks. Ask in the Discord if you're unsure and we'll size it for you.
How do I order?
Join our Discord and open a ticket. Tell us which plan you want, we confirm the price, and set it up for you.
How long does setup take?
Setup is instant. Once your order is confirmed the service is deployed and your login details are sent right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and local payment options. Ask in the Discord and we'll share the current methods.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
