Terms of Service

1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details and panel access secure, and for everything that happens on your service.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use Lumex services to host or distribute malware, launch attacks against other networks, send spam, mine cryptocurrency without written permission, or host content that is illegal under Sri Lankan law.
3. Payment and renewal
Services are prepaid for the term you select. A service that is not renewed by its due date may be suspended, and suspended services may be deleted after a grace period.
4. Uptime
We aim to keep every service online at all times. Planned maintenance is announced in our Discord in advance where possible.
5. Backups
Backups are provided on the plans that list them. You remain responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
6. Suspension
We may suspend a service that breaches these terms, is not paid for, or is affecting other customers on the same node.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced in our Discord.
