Refund Policy

New orders

If a service does not work as described and we cannot fix it, contact us within 48 hours of the order and we will refund it.

What is not refundable

Services suspended or terminated for breaching our Terms of Service, renewals of a service already in use, and any setup work already completed at your request.

Upgrades and downgrades

Changing plan mid-term is handled as a credit adjustment on your account rather than a cash refund.

How to request

Open a ticket in our Discord with your order details and the reason. Approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid with.
